I wanted to share this quote with you today, as I feel that, although many of us have fun, crazy, unforgettable nights out during the weekend, there are a few that could use the extra boost to get themselves out of bed on a Sunday morning. Maybe this weekend didn't go your way, for one reason or another, maybe somebody said something that offended you, maybe something happened to you during your time out at night, or maybe you feel lonely and feel like it would be the best thing in the entire world if somebody happened to be there for you. Regardless of what it may be, you have to force yourself to lift your head off of the pillow and GO DO WHAT YOU LOVE. 

Don't worry about nobody being there for you, just do something, anything that you love and don't stop! Whether it be drawing, music, writing, baking, as soon as you involve your creativity along with enthusiasm and passion, not only does this allow you to get out of your head and into your body, it also helps you to realise that you really don't need anyone to make you happy right now. Allow yourself to be rewarded with happiness this morning and go do what you do best - YOU.
