Eckhart Tolle - A New Earth
He does not need much of an introduction: This book has had a massive impact on me. Eckhart Tolle, has helped many lives when it came to depression, anxiety and existential confusion (especially in his book The Power Of Now, one of the biggest selling books of the century). This book helped and still does help me a lot when it comes to stressing out, over-thinking and becoming confused in some of the directions I have chosen. Buy this book and I guarantee that you will begin to see things from an entirely different perspective.

Eckhart Tolle - Stillness Speaks
Eckhart Tolle strikes again. This time with his incredible book Stillness Speaks. This book is slightly different from A New Earth or The Power Of Now. Think of this book as your on-the-go guide and reminder. It's smaller than the average book because it's filled with short stories and quotes aimed to ring that "present moment" bell inside of you when things get too much either at work, or at home. I have read this book three times from page to page, purely because I love the stories! I also carry it around in my backpack a lot too, glancing at bookmarked pages while I go about daily tasks.
If you are the kind of person that comes in high demand, or gets stressed out easily, get the book, carry it with you and you will be surprised how calm you begin to feel after just two pages.
Osho - Courage (The Joy of Living Dangerously)
GET OSHO - COURAGE
The most provocative author I have ever laid my eyes on so far... Osho, knows where to hit the message and he delivers with simplicity and incredible intelligence. Be sure to keep an open mind when reading this one. Your soft spots may be poked. Your buttons may be pushed. If you are aiming more along the lines of finding some sort of "realness", adventure and creativity, then this book will be to sure to add in the extra bit of spice you've been craving!
Viktor E. Frankl - A Man's Search For Meaning
GET A MAN'S SEARCH FOR MEANING
The first book I ever read. During this time, I was facing my biggest challenge yet - Depression and Social Anxiety. The reason I chose this book over any other book was because, at the time I followed a Self-Help mentor called Elliott Hulse and he recommended this book. At the time I had very little energy and this man kept me going, but I knew that if I really wanted to snap out of the cycle I was in, I had to take action and GET OFF THE INTERNET. I hated reading, but I forced myself to read one page per day. This book didn't consist of many pages, however, the wisdom and optimism that it produced was hard to pass up. This book is all about a Polish man being sent to a concentration camp one morning, along with his wife. I won't spoil the rest for you. If you are at a standing point in life, whether it be sixteen or thirty years old, this book shows you that during the hardest of times, your being still manages to create space for meaning and peace, allowing you to be slightly more settled in the moment you find yourself in.
Michael Singer - The Untethered Soul
GET THE UNTETHERED SOUL
A must-read book if you are going through a breakup, struggling to be able to trust and finding it hard to understand why nothing seems to be working out for you (aka, life appears to be coming at you from all angles!) This book is a top contender with my all time favourite, The Power of Now, mainly because it simplifies becoming more in-tune with your feelings and escaping an on-going script of thoughts, allowing you to see your passions and hobbies on another level.

Robin Sharma - The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari
GET THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERRARI
This is book will make the hairs on the back of your arms stand up! I'm just kidding. However, this book (based on a true story) will certainly show you that no matter what age you are, what profession you are in and what place in life you are at, there is always a way to break free from the things that aren't making you happy. This story is about a well-known, "big shot" lawyer, based in Miami. One day, during a big court case, the renowned lawyer drops to the floor, experiencing an almost fatal heart attack. When he recovers, the man decides to throw in the towel at his job and leaves on a solo journey to seek enlightenment and truth. Now it gets very interesting... The man crosses all sorts of paths and meets many teachers, seeking out the truth, away from the "rat race". He then comes across the Sages of Savanna, high up in the Himalayas. The rest was history. He returns to Miami to spread the lessons that he learned with the Sages, helping others around him, whilst living his life in a very peaceful manner.
